Multiple Search/Filter View; tab system for open filters

I'd like to have multiple filters/searches up at once. This could be done in a tab like system similar to how web browser tabs are managed. Anytime you open a search or create a new custom search it creates a new temporary tab (can be closed at any time) in the system. Each time you create a new search a new tab is generated for that search. This would allow you to leave open your most used searches without having to switch and load a different search which in turn increases productivity.
