Expiry date of Engineers qualification

We would like to enter the expiry date of the engineer qualifications so that :

we can't allocate engineers whose qualification has expired

we get notifications nearer the expiry date to trigger renewal of qualifications

There is no current workaround in Schedule it. We need to maintain the qualifications register in a different system which is not good (duplicate entry, time wasted). It seems that your competitor offer this feature...
