Search multiple fields with filter

Filters are used to search, would prefer a separate search function. Regardless, it's a pain to have to run the filter multiple times, once for title, once for content, should have the option to search all fields. If you have the time it would be nice if you could add AND and OR functions in the search/filter capability....
