I get the message 'Blank reply from cloud server'?

You may occasionally receive the message 'Blank reply from cloud server' as it tries to negotiate the security level to use but didn't get the response quick enough. This could be due to a slow or intermittent Internet connection and it may be seen more often since a recent Windows update. From the latest version (7.8.95) the security level is pre-set to eliminate the need to negotiate and prevent this error.
