'cannot connect to the specified MySQL host, port or proxy' ?

If you are receive the message 'cannot connect to the specified MySQL host' when trying to access or update your cloud database you must be sure access through your proxy server and firewall to our website is allowed.

First check you have full access with a web browser as this uses different ports for access. If this is allowed but the desktop software is returning an error then your proxy server maybe blocking access.

If you are using a proxy server or firewall please allow all traffic to scheduleit.com on all ports but if you can only open some these must be 80, 443 and 3309.

port, ports, firewall, proxy, cannot, connect, ip, address
