Yes, On the Support page of our website is a link to start a live chat session in the bottom right. If the link is not visible then the chat is currently offline waiting for a change in support staff so please check again after a short time. If you have the priority support package then please use the priority support when live chat is offline.
Even if the chat is reported as being offline when you view, our staff can monitor any submissions 24 hours a day, so please still submit your questions so we can get back to you.
