What is a Parent User?

In the settings for each User it is possible to select a Parent User. This setting could also be describe as a Role. If a Parent User is selected, when the user logs in it will take all the settings and permissions from the Parent User and not it own settings. This allows 1 User/Role settings to be used by many different Users.
