Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Scheduling?

Many of our clients use Schedule It as their many activity planning, and task management tool. As all events, activities and tasks can be tagged with keywords of your choice this also allows you to use it as a basic CRM for tracking activity and tasks against clients and customers. Reports can be generated based on events at different stages of progress and against any collection of clients or other resources.

Whilst Schedule It is not a dedicate CRM only solution, it is perfect for the needs of many businesses that don’t need all the extra options a much more complex CRM tool can provide. We would recommend you try many of the solutions that are available to see which fits your needs best, and if you use Schedule It then you can use this part with our tool.
