What is the difference between Copy From and Copy With?

When you choose Copy From this will copy the event excluding the link to the resource you copied it from. This allows you to copy an event from Person A and paste it into Person B on a new date. The new pasted event will now be linked to Person B not Person A. Only the link to Person A is removed.

When you choose Copy With this will copy the event exactly. If you copy an event shown in Person A, and paste into Person B on a new date, the new event will be linked to both Person A and Person B.
