What is the busy/free option for free time versus busy time?

When creating or saving events/tasks you can choose the status Busy or Free.

Busy means the time 'could' be blocked for all resources during the date and time for that booking. If double booking checks are disabled for specific resources then overlaps could be allowed. Busy events/tasks are good to prevent double booking or over booking of important resources.

Free means that the event/task is not blocking any period of time and other events/tasks can be added at the same time. Free events/tasks are good to allow the adding of personal holidays, reminders and other non critical bookings that you don't want to stop the booking of other activities. Events marked as Free are not included in working hours calculations.
