How to update our billing/change credit card details used to auto renew account

There is currently no online access for historical/previous invoices or to change your credit card details. Our accounts team at accounts@scheduleit.com can help with any billing questions.

For your security we do not hold any of your credit card details. Only our bank partner has them and we just request a renewal payment is taken when due if you enabled auto renewals on your account.

To change your credit card details that our bank has stored, just make a new payment on your account with the new card details and these will automatically replace the old ones they hold.

You can make a new payment and renew your account by clicking the 'Renew All' link which can be found on your Account Settings page, from the Account menu in the top right when you are logged into your account.
