One of our users is unable to login to Schedule it desktop?

In the desktop software the user permissions and passwords needed to login to Schedule it, or needed to open a connection to your MSSQL or MySQL server, are set by your software administrator and we have no knowledge or access to the user names and passwords they have set.

First check to see if this is a user specific problem or if this effects all users trying to access Schedule it Desktop.

If your project is not opening and you were using the file database you can choose Open from the file menu to reopen the database again or choose from the last 4 opened databases also listed in the file menu.
