Version 7.7.20 - Released 30/December/2012

  • Added the new improved full web output. Output to HTML can now create a full website you can navigate and interact with and not just simple schedule images.

  • A number of stability updates.

  • Added a new report output type so charts can be printed individually and they are also now scaled to fit the paper size selected.

  • Updated the selection method for charts in the chart panel.

    Version 7.7.56 - Released 26/February/2013

  • Added the option in the Report window to save a report template which can now include any filter and any chosen options. These are then automatically pre-set when the report template is selected in the future.

  • Added the option in the Report window to split the report into daily, weekly and monthly reports covering the chosen date range.

  • Added the option to add groups and resources by right clicking the schedule view.

  • Added the missing search files sometimes requested in some auto search alerts.

  • Added the option to save the license in a common network location for quicker updates for multiple users.

  • Updated the sample 7 report to replicate an invoice and include the primary address details.

  • Removed the New and Open icons from the main navigation bar as these options are generally only used once. Still available in the File menu.

  • Removed the restricted lists of common items from the Group and Resource details tab. Now all previously used entires can be found in the drop down lists increasing the possibilities of use.

  • Fixed an access problem when the users login name or display name contains a quotation character.

  • Fixed a problem saving a resource or event image if the path contained a quotation character.

  • Changed the location of local language files to use each users Documents folder to prevent a Windows 8 64bit permission warning. A remote/common location can still be set for all users to share a single common language file.

  • Added a new entry into the global activity log for each user login.

  • Added menu options to the flow tab in the event window to allow access to Parent and Series event options.

    Version 7.7.73 - Released 14/June/2013

  • Added the option to create strictly ordered series of events and template events. E.g. Event 2 cannot be moved before event 1 or after event 3. The creation order is always maintained.

  • Added the option to choose the new start date for template events when choosing to add template events from the Data menu where previously the first visible date would be used as no date selection was possible.

  • Updates to the cloud synchronisation functions to allow access to view pending updates.

  • Fixed an issue to the cloud synchronisation functions that prevented additional local users adding new events to the sync queue.

  • Fixed, When adding new events in a series the option 'Is Template' would stay enabled in new events causing duplicated unneeded templates to be created. The option is now unchecked for future new events added to a series.

  • A number of performance updates.

  • Added new program icons.

  • Added a new user permission to allow all resources to be seen but only events for the selected resources to be seen. This allows users to link new events to any resource, without being able to see all the existing events. E.g. in a task or customer group.

  • Added to the Outlook import an option to set the import from and to dates.

  • Added to the recurring event options the ability to choose if the new events are part of a series, child events, or a chain of child events.

  • Updates to batch actions where a prompt to continue is shown if a single update or deletion is unsuccessful.

  • Updates to the Search results which now refresh after an event action.

  • Updates to web sync. Only current and future events are now uploaded on the initial web sync. Historical events can still be unloaded manually.

  • Updates to web sync. When the initial sync is made and database is upload, desktop events are now automatically marked as 'Shared Online'.

  • Added a new simplified option for importing events and resources. A simplified csv can be used..

  • Added 3 new View menu items and keyboard short-cuts for the Schedule View. 'Scroll Down', 'Scroll Up' and 'Scroll To...' to jump straight to a resource with a name matching a letter or letters you type.

  • Added new event batch option to change events background colour.

  • Added new details column to the Resource search results.

  • Updates to the results shown when viewing related resources.

  • Fixed a duplicate warning message sometimes shown when syncing a local MySQL database and an online MySQL database.

  • Added to the Search window the option to select individual events from the existing results for further searches or batch processing. Use Control + mouse, also shift, and also dragging to select.

  • Updates to the Schedule View batch selection. After selecting events with the control key the Search window is now opened so you can see the selected events then you can right click for the batch processing options. Right Click the results then 'With All Results...'

  • Added to the Schedule View a red border to highlight batch selected events so they can be seen before the Search Window is opened.

  • Added to the List View the Series ID and Parent ID columns.

  • Added to the List View the option to select multiple events for batch processing. Use Control + mouse, also shift, and also dragging to select.

  • Added to the batch update options in the Search Window are more event fields. (Title, Notes, Custom Fields, Priority)

  • Added to the batch update are options for adding new information before or after the existing information.

  • Added to the batch update is an option for searching and replacing specific text in the information fields.

  • Added a new report tag in the ResLoop area. The new tag SI-ResourcesShow(???) to just show specific resources.

  • Added a new report tag in the EventLoop area you can use the new tag 'SI-E-SelectedResource-????-IsSelected' to report on if a resource is or is not selected in the event.

  • Fixed a issue updating 'Attachment Alarm Date' when using MySQL databases.
