Printing or exporting to PDF files

To print the schedule you see on screen press the Print icon on the toolbar and choose Main View you can then set some sizing options, a date range, then the printer. To print to a data report choose Text Report, pick the report template and press Create.

To print any report or images to a PDF format all you need is to choose the PDF printer rather than a paper printer. Windows 10 and Windows 11 has a built-in PDF Printer but there are many others available for the different platforms.
