How to cancel, delete or close my account, or stop the emails?

To stop any of our support emails, or our newsletter, click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

To cancel or close your online account, where you have an automatic renewal for your payments, click the Close Account button on your Account Settings page.

To cancel or close your online account when you do not have an auto renewal payment. Once your payment period expires your account is closed and later deleted automatically.
