Templates that control the style and layout of information in the view are stored in your folder 'Documents/Schedule it 7/Templates'. They are automatically put there after installing or starting the software for the first time. If this folder is missing or these files are deleted or moved you will see the message "Error getting common templates - Could not find file...".
You can restore these files in 2 ways:
1, Install the latest version of Schedule it from our website which will ensure you have all the latest template files.
2, From the menu Tools > Options > General > Templates, then press Restore
