I have red or black crosses over my images and events using IE11?

This is a known issue with IE when it uses your graphics card to accelerate the page load speeds in your browser. It is often caused by an out of date graphics card driver on your PC or an older version of IE and it will affect any web pages where it tries to use this. To fix this issue you can update your graphics card driver, update IE, or disable hardware rendering in IE.

To disable hardware rendering (or restore software rendering) go to Internet Options, Advanced and tick the box 'Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering'.
