Can I put the online schedule on our wall screen and have it auto refresh?

Yes, from the View menu choose Layout Settings then enable Unmanned Screen Reload to start and stop the auto refreshing timer so it can be left unattended on an office wall or unmanned PC, and the latest schedules are always shown.
