Our online service offers full drag and drop scheduling that can be used with any modern browser.
You can fully synchronize your online changes with our desktop software and there is also a full online API.
To import from a CSV file or from an Excel file you first need a template to copy which you can create from the desktop application.
From the Export menu choose Export ALL data. You can now open the file with Notepad or Excel and duplicate the group, resource or event lines to create and import or update data.
Send emails to Schedule it to add events from email requests from external users and websites.
Using many applications and web interfaces you can create emails and web forms to create these requests.
Email alerts can be sent with any new event or event changes and these include integrated/attached iCalendar information.
This allows remote users to receive, view and interact with events in a number of other calendar systems and software.
Events can be output as individual calendar files for selected resources and event types.
These individual calendar files can then be stored locally, on a network or the Internet and allow users to subscribe to the files using the calendar application of their choice for full read access.
Sage offers the ability to create reports to output many different types of data.
We have created a sample Sage report to output the customers in a report that allows Schedule it to import them as resources
